The rooms with twin beds and the WiFi, as example. With an electric kettle and a fridge. The location convenient easy to get on train to airport.

It offered us convenient and absolutely perfect location next to indie cool bars, restaurants, and soup curry places as well as many tourist points. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was brilliantly helpful during all this time...

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?
The superb location, just a short walk to JR Sapporo Station and close to convenience stores, made it easy to explore the city. Free coffee in the lobby was a good perk☕
The room was surprisingly small for three adults, especially with luggage. The Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly weak.

Hotel room is too small and too old.

If next time I'm back to Sapporo 100% I'll stay in this Hotel, coz fom Sapporo Station to Sunroute Hotel just only 2 to 3 minutes walk. Free WiFi in my room, very happy to that. Room is small, but is very clean. We like this Hotel.
I don't have anything to say I don't like.

The hotel is great location near JR Sapporo station. It was especially convenient for my two boys, who loved the nearby convenience stores and the small yet cozy triple room that accommodated us well.
In my wife's opinion, more amenities for families would be great.

Small groundfloor lobby with lift to 2nd floor reception. Small window with fire escape stairs diectly outside. Very musty bathroom. Left before breakfast start of 7am. Defintiely would not stay here again despite proximity to JR station!

Great location very near the main Sapporo train station (same line as train from airport) and subway. Around and underneath station complex are numerous department stores and places to eat. Friendly staff.
Some of the reception staff don't speak so much English, so it would be difficult to communicate complex arrangements to them. However, they are very friendly and polite, and try their very hardest. The rooms were a little small, but very clean.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the train station and numerous shops. The breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options, including salads, which we enjoyed every morning. The rooms were compact for our family of three was nice. While basic amenities were provided, some items needed to be picked up from another floor, less convenient. The air conditioning did not function effectively, impacting our comfort .

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and nearby convenience stores. We loved the free coffee in the lobby too! We visited Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower, both awesome spots. Definitely a solid choice for budget travelers.
The room was quite small for three people with our luggage. It was a bit cramped. We managed to be comfortable, though, so it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Solo traveler's decent choice
The hotel was in a sweet spot, just a few mins from the station, real easy to find! The staff there were super chill, made checking in easy. They even gave me tips on where to eat nearby.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that's to be expected.
